In this work, we consider a model theoretic approach to classify ensembles of influential projects. Whereas in our previous work we constructed optimal ensembles of influential projects, supported by a combinatorial algebraic topological model. Hence, this approach to the problem may be beneficial to learn new methods for decision making.
