Abstract
This presentation was developed for the Educational Equity and Excellence Collaborative (E3) Conference entitled the Rutgers Summit on Student Success. We shared our comprehensive system of supportive resources developed and provided for students entering Rutgers School of Nursing from the community college during the summer bridge semester.
