Abstract

Compulsive behavior -- Law and legislation Packwood, Bob
When one of the characters in Oscar Wilde's play "Lady Windermere's Fan" says. "I couldn't help it. I can resist everything except temptation," the playwright was implying, slyly, that those who fail to resist temptation prefer to do what they perceive as more pleasant rather than what is more moral.
