We present the complete intermolecular dynamical spectrum of liquid water, by merging the data sets from femtosecond nonlinear-optical polarization spectroscopy with the depolarized, Bose--Einstein corrected Raman spectrum to cover the frequency range from 0--1200 cm[sup [minus]1]. The impulse response function for liquid water at room temperature is calculated, including all of the intermolecular motions.
