The purpose of this report is to: Summarize approach, outcomes and deliverables of this project; Highlight current evidence regarding impacts of changing climate-related coastal hazards on socially vulnerable populations; Identify opportunities to address needs of socially vulnerable populations as part of coastal community climate resilience planning; Outline possible options for coastal management policy that may enhance efforts to address needs of socially vulnerable populations as part of coastal community resilience efforts. This report is organized with a distinct chapter dedicated to each of the four purposes outlined above followed by a bibliography and appendices.
