Abstract
This report describes the Geographic Routing system software and C++ application programming interface (API). It is meant to be used guide for administrators and programmers. The report discusses the various software components of the geographic routing system, their configuration and parameters, the C++ classes that constitute the API, and other supporting C++ classes upon which the API is built
